Three sides of one trade.

From the insulation inside the wall to the home built around it.

Why foam.

Keenan's answer, in their own terms.

A four-year payback

Their foam page describes a higher initial investment than fiberglass, with savings leading to an average four-year payback period.

Keenan's claim · Foam Insulation

When the weather turns

Keenan says fiberglass is tested in a controlled 32-degree climate and loses efficiency as temperatures drop and wind rises. Their position is that foam “is not effected by rising or falling temperatures.”

Keenan's position · Foam Insulation

The gaps you feel

Keenan lists the elimination of drafts, cold floors, humidity and condensation among the comforts they associate with foam insulation.

How a
project runs.

Keenan describes five parts to the conversation, from the first meeting to getting the work started.

Their approach
  1. The Experience

Start with the investment you're making in your property.

  2. Initial Meeting

Get acquainted, look at past projects, and talk about your building needs.

  3. Design

Discuss existing plans, a budget, and the design professionals you may need.

  4. Specifics

Work through which decisions need to be made and when.

  5. Getting Started

Discuss the subcontractors and professionals for the project, with budget and schedule in mind.
